Congratulations to Barrett Hanks, Madilyn Bigby, Izzy Foster, and Ariana Melnichenko (not pictured) for earning PERFECT scores on the math portion of the SC Ready test! They were recognized for their accomplishment at the school board meeting on Monday evening. We are so proud of these students and their teachers for their hard work!

We are extremely proud to announce that Wright Elementary School has been recognized as a Model Professional Learning Community (PLC) at Work! WES received this selective honor of model school for our sustained success in raising student achievement. The three big ideas of PLC call on educators to focus on learning, build a collaborative culture, and create a results oriented environment. WES is one of the few schools in South Carolina to achieve this recognition and we are so proud of the hard work of our students, teachers, and staff!
